About Alyssa Retzlaff

Alyssa is a freshman at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she currently resides. Here she studies Secondary English Education, and hopes to one day have a classroom of her own. She's originally from Grand Island, a smaller city in the midwest. Though she's always been a city girl, she loves the country roads and rivers in summertime. At school, Alyssa is heavily involved in her college youth group, Christian Student Fellowship, where she also sings for the worship team. She also has an internship with a nonprofit where she works in after school programs. Other favorites in Alyssa's life include, Jesus, coffee, music, traveling, the ocean and blogging. She strongly believes that everyone is good at something, you just have to find your niche in life.
