We all have a persona or character we tend to become. One which gets us through life in emotional, mental or physical ways. The usual characters I use are Wonder Woman or Captain.
Believe it or not we all have this strength in us, so let’s take a look into that strength we already know.
Having someone or something you look up to that gives you strength is a start. This strength can come from something or someone other than a character, like through spirituality or through faith.
When we become these characters, we can gain immediate strength because we adopt the mental power of those characters. For instance, when I call myself Wonder Woman, no matter how tough anything can get in life, I know that I will have the strength to get through it.
We already own our strength but just like how a broken down car needs a jumpstart, so do our minds sometimes.
When you feel that you can’t do something, remember who you are. Don’t let strength be your enemy but merely let it be known that it’s something you already have. Sometimes you need inspiration and that is completely okay.
I also call myself Captain. When I think of a Captain I think of someone who’s not only in charge and directs people when they are lost but someone who is also in charge of themselves and the way they carry themselves through emotionally draining situations. I tend to let stress get the best of me but, when I call myself Captain, I immediately think of how I can take charge.
Never let the “not being strong enough” notion keep you from growing your own strength (which is stronger than you think). Strength does come from building it up but it’s not so much of how much you have, just how you use it.
Use your mind’s strength to guide you through your hardships. It can be as simple as studying for a subject you struggle with!
I am truly grateful to the holder of this web site who has shared this fantastic article at at this time.
First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which
I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to
find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out
there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thanks!
Thank you! I like to imagine a good paragraph or story in my mind to set up the positive vibes. Then I choose a spot where I feel most inspired, maybe it’s the park, bean bag, at the library, etc.
I listen to music that shuffles, my personal favorite is imagine dragons. As it plays I start writing. The first few minutes can be hard, we all have writers block sometimes.
If I have a lot on my mind, I take care, self care first prior to trying to focus. Mental health is very important especially when you are working on important projects.
Just a reminder that each day we may only be able to write 30 minutes and other days, hours. The less pressure you put on yourself to get it perfect, the more helpful it is to stay focused.
Brainstorming is also a great idea, even if it’s just writing I have writers block 50 times on a piece of paper, inspiration can come from these moments we don’t think will be productive.
Lastly, spend some time finding what inspires you the most, try it out and eventually you can have a consistent inspiration. Hope this helps.
It’s going to be ending of mine day, but before end I am reading this impressive paragraph to

my website MPOMAX
Thank you, I am glad to hear that it helped. We all procrastinate at times. but if we really want to work on our goals (long term and short term), then it is good to write them down. I personally like to write three of my tops goals behind my business card that I keep in my wallet. That way when I am not feeling motivated, I can remind myself to keep at it. It’s also helpful to reevaluate to see if your goals have changed.
