As I approached writing my essay to say I am stressed would be an understatement. To me the most important part when it comes to writing my essay is making sure I clearly exemplify myself as an individual and it sounds a lot easier than it actually is. Here are some tips that helped me get through writing my college essay:
· Pace yourself: It may see difficult but putting aside a set time to work on your essay helps the process go by a lot faster. I try to work on my essay at least 30 minutes a day so I
· Unblocking writers block: To prevent writers block I try to always leave the document with my unfinished essay open on my computer so I can spontaneously type down ideas whenever they come to me. I cant tell you how many random ideas come to me and I’m always so grateful that I have the document open to write them down before I forget!
· Review: Of course it is extremely important to reread your essay numerous times to make sure everything sounds correctly, but I also think its crucial to have others ready it too. I’ve asked my parents, friends, and family to all ready my essay to get their opinion on it, because after all a complete stranger is going to be reading it~
